NEXT Venture Pitch Expands List of Top National Venture Firms to Participate in 2021 Event

Representatives from seven new firms from California, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey and Tennessee will convene in Greenville on September 16th to help judge NEXT Venture Pitch, this year’s top Carolina pitch event for entrepreneurs.

The panel of judges for the pitch competition at NEXT Venture Pitch 2021 has expanded, with more than 20 investors representing funds all across the nation slated for attendance. Andrew Davis, head of private investments at T. Rowe Price, headlines a group of new judges who will participate in a live Q&A session with on-stage pitch presenters in front of a live audience.


The six firms include Blue Lagoon Capital from Bethesda, Maryland; Construct Capital from Washington, D.C; Edison Partners from Princeton, New Jersey; Grotech Ventures from Arlington, Virginia; Storm Ventures from Menlo Park, California; T.Rowe Price from Baltimore, Maryland; and The JumpFund from Chattanooga, Tennessee. Senior representatives from these 6 firms will join those listed in the two announcements from last week, outlining the Top Carolina-based Funds and Top National Funds that will be in attendance at NEXT Venture Pitch.
